Patrick Moore

Patrick is a National Level Bodybuilder who attended the University of Houston for Physical Therapy. He has won overall bodybuilding titles at three shows, most recently in November of 2016. He is a former high school athlete and has made fitness a huge part of his lifestyle. He is a Labrada Nutrition sponsored athlete and enjoys training clients that range from high school athletes, competitors, and people looking to be in better shape. 

Ray Dozier

​​Ray Dozier views himself as an expressive Fitness Professional that likes to stay within the current trends of the fitness industry. He has been involved in fitness most of his life. He considers himself to be a versatile trainer given the adaptive ability to be sensitive to the overall restrictions of his clients. His clientele ranges from soccer moms to semi-professional athletes. He loves working with people and his personality proves it.
Ray considers the dual components of flexibility and mobility to have enabled him achieve considerable gains in strength. He is referred to as a Strength and Conditioning Coach in regards to Performance related sports.  Ray is looking forward to helping all his clients be the very best versions of themselves.

David Short


David is a soon to be graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.  He is in his Final year at College and is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.  Throughout his High School  Career,  David participated in a variety of traditional sports,  but upon entering college, he shifted his focus from athletics to bodybuilding.  In his 3 years of competition experience,  David has placed Top 5 a total of 7 different times with 3 First Place Titles.  In 2016, David earned his National Qualification in Men's Physique at the Lee Labrada Classic.  David has consistently incorporated health and fitness into his life for the past 5 years.  He is self trained and has become very proficient at nutrient profiling and programming.  This Macro based dieting approach  commonly referred to as Flexible Dieting  yields significant results not just for competitors but also those seeking to reshape their bodies.  

David's aim is to motivate, innovate and educate, and he strives to give his clients the best possible workout and diet plans individualized for them.  Whether you are an athlete, bodybuilder, parent or student, David is ready to help you achieve the physique  of your dreams.

Courtney Trummell

Courtney is currently a Nusing Student with hopes of becomming a registered nurse in the near future. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and holds a Corrective Exercise Specialty through NASM. She trains an array of different clientele with different goals and ambitions. Courtney specializes in group training, plyometrics, and overall health and well-being.

Michael F. Ford Jr.

After losing 186 lbs. through RNY Gastric Bypass in 2007, Michael Ford became a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritionist.   Michael has Certifications through ISSA, NASM and ACE. and is a Tri Athlete. 
Since his weight loss, Michael  has competed in numerous endurance events including,  2x Iron Man 70.3 (As well as 15-20 Sprint and Olympic Triathlons.) / 17 half  Marathons / 1 Spartan Ultra Beast / 4 Tough Mudder  and  at least 20 5k’s and 10k’s.   Michael has also  taken part in the MS150  Bike Ride from Houston to Austin, and has qualified for the World’s Toughest Mudder, The Death Race and American Ninja Warrior.
Michael's passion is to help the morbidly obese as well as those who have had  WLS or who just want to lose those unwanted pounds.   Michael also gives motivational speeches to groups about weight loss and to children about good eating habits.
Michael’s  goal  is to compete in  at least one 50-mile Ultra Marathon and to educate as many individuals as possible about attaining and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Sanela Garcia

Sanela is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and holds a Corrective Exercise Specialization. She hails from the beautiful and ancient city of Mostar in Southern Bosnia. After immigrating to America, Sanela became interested in competitive bikini modeling and placed 3rd in her first competition. Today Sanela has a passion for helping others achieve their fitness dreams through a combination of muscle building and smart nutrition. She loves working out at RAW because of the inspiring athletic atmosphere.​​

Jeremy West​

Jeremy has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Prairie View A&M University. Before transferring to Pairie View, he was a student at the University of Arkansas where he worked with a variety of different athletes as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. He is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with Specialties in Athletic Performance and Strength and Conditioning. Jeremy is a former two sport athlete; he spent two years as a strength coach for Olympic sports at the University of Arkansas and one year coaching at Prairie View A&M. He has been responsible for Volleyball, Men’s & Women’s Golf and Women’s Soccer and has assisted with Football, Baseball, Track, and Basketball.

Tiffany Flora

​​Tiffany is a 34 year old wife and the mother of 3 beautiful little girls. She is addicted to transforming lives and helping people become the healthiest they have ever been.  She is a natural Fitness Competitor and Figure PRO WORLD Champion.  Tiffany started competing in 2015 and just 12 months later went PRO in October 2016 at just her 3rd show.  The next month, in November 2016, Tiffany won WORLD Figure PRO in Musclemania World in Las Vegas.  Tiffany is committed to helping others become their best version of themselves.

Mariela Miller


Mariela has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 17 years.  She is an Expert at designing and monitoring fitness programs to accommodate clients' needs.  She has a passion for helping others improve their fitness, increase stamina and develop healthy lifestyles wityh an increased sense of well being. Mariela is a great communicator and is able to reach clients through both English and Spanish.


Mariela has numerous certifications beginning with her extensive background knowledge obtained at the University of Houston, achieving her B.S.degree in Biological and Physical Science.  She has interned with the Methodist Hospital Group and West Belt Medical Clinic.  In addition to Certifications in CPR and Physical Therapy, Mariela also has numerous Personal Training Certifications including the American Council on Exercise and the Baylor Sports Medicine Institute.


Overall, Mariela's main goal is to be involved with Health and Fitness and make an impact on people's lives through Personal Training.  She is fun and charismatic and wants to build successful client relationships.

Richard  Alan Schoenberger
Richard has been a fitness professional for 18 years.   He has a B.A. in Sports Science and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.  Richie also holds Certifications in kettle bell training, spin cycle, group barbell and boxing.  Richie enjoys combining strength training with plyometrics, thereby enabling his clients to sculpt lean muscle whilst shedding unwanted body fat.
For the past 2 years, Richie has enjoyed competing in the Body Building arena.  He is self trained and took second place at his first show in 2015.  He went on to win First  Place in the BodyBuilding Divison at  MuscleMania Lone Star in 2016.  Richie plans to continue pushing himself and his clients to the next level of fitness.

Gabriel Robles

​Gabriel Robles started his journey in the world of fitness where he was a dual sport athlete at Klein Forest High School in football and baseball. While in college Gabriel interned at Velocity Sports Performance and later received a degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University in 2011. Following graduation he became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has been training full time since 2012. Starting with a specialty in sports performance and functional programming, Gabriel has managed to excel in weight loss, strength and conditioning, general fitness and is currently working on his Corrective Exercise Certification. In addition to training competitors, Gabriel and his wife have turned fitness into a lifestyle and together have competed and placed in natural bodybuilding competitions.

Jessica Troiano

Jessica Troiano is a NASM Certified Fitness Professional who has been improving people's health and well-being for over six years. As a high school tennis player and drill team dancer, Jessica learned that discipline and hard work can transform your strength and aesthetics. Jessica studied nutrition at the University of Texas and received a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences, which taught her how to combine diet with exercise and overall wellness for optimal results. Since graduating in 2009, she has used her broad skills in Kinesiology and Nutrition to help clients customize macros, use weight training, plyometrics, and cardio, and  focus on stress reduction and hormonal health to achieve their goals. Jessica started her fitness career as a distance runner, completing 2 full marathons.   Since that time, she has expanded her workouts to embrace a broad range of modalities that have enable her to maintain an enviable physique and optimal health.   Her success stories have been varied but consistent: whether working with young athletes,  people looking to lose weight and reduce fat, or those wishing to build strength and  muscle, or seniors who are looking to optimize health and fitness. Whatever the goal,  Jessica  customizes  a maintainable plan that helps her clients reach their fitness destination.

Stephanie Beriones

Stephanie Beriones holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from The University of Texas.  She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and also has the Corrective Exercise Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist certifications under NASM.  She has competed in the figure, fitness, and bikini divisions of bodybuilding competitions.  She is a former competitive gymnast and has coached competitive cheerleading for 10 years.  She is also the proud mother of one son and loves going to the park and spending time with her family.
