Courtney is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. In addition to her certification, she holds a Corrective Exercise Specialty.
Currently, Courtney is in school for nursing, with hopes of becoming a registered nurse in the near future.
She trains an array of different clientele with different goals and ambitions. Courtney specializes in group training, plyometrics, and overall health and well-being. Derek graduated with a B.S. in Health & Kinesiology from Prairie View A&M University. During his time at Prairie View, Derek was a member of the basketball team.
While in college, Derek met his wife Tiffany, and together they are both trainers and competitors, sharing their lives together with the goals of being healthy and prioritizing fitness in their lives. Together Derek and Tiffany have 3 children.
After graduating from college, Derek began to get more involved in the fitness industry. He became a certified personal trainer and certified nutritionist through the ISCA, and is a body transformation specialist.
Derek has also competed in various fitness competitions in the Model and Men's Physique divisions. In 2016, he won the title of Musclemania Texas Model Champion and went on to place Top 10 at the MuscleMania World Championships a few weeks later.

Tiffany is a former collegiate athlete and certified personal trainer.
After her playing career, she began her fitness journey, and eventually competed in MuscleMania sanctioned competitions. Tiffany first competed in 2015, and later won her MuscleMania Pro Card in October of 2016. After earning her Pro Card, she competed in the MuscleMania World Championships where she was crowned the Figure Pro World Champion. She is incredibly proud of her accomplishments as a natural athlete, and enjoys preparing clients for shows as well.
Outside of the gym, Tiffany is a 34 year old wife and the mother of 3 beautiful little girls. She has competed alongside her husband, Derek and enjoys training together with him . She is addicted to transforming lives and helping people become the healthiest they have ever been.

Gabriel Robles started his journey in the world of fitness where he was a dual sport athlete at Klein Forest High School in football and baseball.
While in college Gabriel interned at Velocity Sports Performance and later received a degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University in 2011.
Following graduation he became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has been training full time since 2012. Starting with a specialty in sports performance and functional programming, Gabriel has managed to excel in weight loss, strength and conditioning, general fitness and is currently working on his Corrective Exercise Certification.
In addition to training athletes, Gabriel has turned fitness into a lifestyle and has competed and placed in physique competitions.

David is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin and is one of the owners of RAW Gym. He is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Nutritionist through both ISSA and NESTA. David trains a variety of clientele, but specializes in working with fitness competitors, athletes and those looking to transform their bodies.
Throughout his youth, David participated in a variety of traditional sports, but upon entering college, he shifted his focus from general athletics to bodybuilding. He uses the knowledge accumulated over his years of experience to give his clients the best possible nutrition and fitness advice possible.
David has twice Nationally Qualified in the Men's Physique Division, and he competed in his first National Show in New Jersey in 2018. He is working towards earning his IFBB Pro Card in Men's Physique. In addition to competing at a high level, David also coaches fitness competitors of all categories and experience levels to achieve their best physiques.
David's aim is to motivate, inspire and educate, and strives to give his clients the best possible workout and diet plans, personalized to their goals.

Bonnie graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and & Dietetics. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who holds specializations in MMA Conditioning and Golf Fitness.
Bonnie trains an array of clients that range from post surgery rehabilitation to powerlifting. Given her educational background, Bonnie's expertise lies within her nutritional practices. She loves helping clients with weight loss programming, but can help any type of client with nutrition.
Bonnie has competed and placed in the Women's Bodybuilding category in the NPC, and is able to help those who wish to do the same.
In 2016, Bonnie was nominated for Hylete's Fitness Professional of the Year.

Michael F. Ford Jr.
After losing 186 lbs. through RNY Gastric Bypass in 2007, Michael Ford became a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritionist. Michael has Certifications through ISSA, NASM and ACE. and is a Tri-Athlete.
Since his weight loss, Michael has competed in numerous endurance events including, The Iron Man 70.3, Olympic Triathlons, 5Ks, 10K, Half Marathons, and Spartan Races.
Michael has also taken part in the MS150 Bike Ride from Houston to Austin, and has qualified for the World’s Toughest Mudder, The Death Race and American Ninja Warrior.
Michael's passion is to help the morbidly obese as well as those who have had WLS or those who just want to lose those unwanted pounds. Michael also gives motivational speeches to groups about weight loss and to children about good eating habits.

Jessica is a NASM Certified Fitness Professional who has been improving people's health and well-being for over six years. As a high school tennis player and drill team dancer, Jessica learned that discipline and hard work can transform your strength and aesthetics.
Jessica studied nutrition at the University of Texas and received a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences, which taught her how to combine diet with exercise and overall wellness for optimal results. Since graduating in 2009, she has used her broad skills in Kinesiology and Nutrition to help clients customize macros, use weight training, plyometrics, and cardio, and focus on stress reduction and hormonal health to achieve their goals.
Jessica started her fitness career as a distance runner, completing 2 full marathons. Since that time, she has expanded her workouts to embrace a broad range of modalities that have enable her to maintain an enviable physique and optimal health. Jessica and her husband recently expanded their family and she become a mom to an adorable son.

Patrick is an IFBB Pro Level Bodybuilder who studied Physical Therapy at the University of Houston. Patrick is a Professional Level Bodybuilder and earned his IFBB Pro Card at the 2017 NPC USA Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada in the Super Heavyweight division. Patrick has subsequently won the California Pro and is headed again to Las Vegas this fall to to compete for the coveted Title of Mr. Olympia 2019
Patrick is a former high school athlete and has made fitness a huge part of his lifestyle. He enjoys training a variety of clients ranging from simple weight loss and muscle gain to coaching elite competitors. Patrick utilizes his knowledge learned from years of bodybuilding to help guide his clients along the best path of training and nutrition.

Judith is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Group Personal Trainer, and a Bikini Posing Coach. Judith Graduated with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting.

Judith is a Top 2 Nationally Qualified NPC Bikini competitor and a bikini posing coach. Aside from personal training, she also coaches bikini competitors. Originally she is from South Africa and a former Miss Teen South Africa winner and has been featured in several commercial ads. She has continued her passion for the stage by teaching runway and commercial classes to inspire models as well as becoming a fitness coach.

Lee is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and graduated with a MBA in Finance. Lee specializes in Corrective Exercise. She focuses on Cardiovascular intervals, weight lifting, balance & stabilization, and Pilates. She incorporates kettle bells, BOSU balls, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercise to keep workouts fun and challenging for her clients.
After 16 years in a corporate environment, Lee made the shift to follow her passion of health and fitness. Her clients range from 11-85 years old, and she caters each workout to the client. She also provides nutritional, hormonal, and weight loss advice for each client as well.

Stephanie holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and also has the Corrective Exercise Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist certifications under NASM.
Stephanie loves trying weight loss clients as well as those who are just looking to become healthier and happier. Stephanie aims to help each client make smarter and healthier choices when it comes to exercise and nutrition.
Before entering the realm of fitness, Stephanie was a competitive gymnast and cheerleader. In addition to training, she has also coached competitive cheerleading for over 10 years.
Stephanie has also competed in the figure, fitness, and bikini divisions in various fitness competitions. Outside of the gym, she is also the proud mother of two sons and loves going to the park and spending time with her family.

Mark graduated with a B.S. in Physical Education from the University of Houston with a minor in Health Education.
After college, Mark joined the Houston Police Department, and was a member of the Houston SWAT team for over 20 years.
After he retired from the police department, Mark shifted his focus to health and fitness. He became a personal trainer through PFIT and NASM, and holds many specialties such as Advanced Human Performance, Corrective Exercise, Rehabilitation Exercise, and AHP Specializations.
Mark enjoys training older clientele, because he wishes to help keep them in shape. Mark is also great with rehabilitation clients, elderly clients, and functional training clients.

Sanela is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and holds a Corrective Exercise Specialization. She hails from the beautiful and ancient city of Mostar in Southern Bosnia. After immigrating to America, Sanela became interested in health and fitness - leading her to get into the world of fitness competitions. Sanela has competed for both MuscleMania and the NPC, and enjoys training clients who have similar goals and ambitions.
Today Sanela has a passion for helping others achieve their fitness dreams through a combination of muscle building and smart nutrition. She loves working out at RAW because of the inspiring athletic atmosphere.

Richard is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is Certified in Kettle Bell Training, Spin Cycle and Group Barbell Training. He was a B.A. in Sports Science. His specialties are Strength Training, Core and Corrective Exercise, and Rehabilitation.
Richard has been a trainer for over 17 years and has competed in various fitness competitions in the Bodybuilding and Classic Physique Category. Richard has a background of boxing that has helped him prepare for his competitions.

Ray Bessette studied Exercise Physiology at The University of Vermont (1978-79) then decided to serve our country and finish his degree in the United States Air Force in 1979. In 1986, he received an Honorable Discharge and Good Conduct Medal.
Ray graduated from the prestigious Professional Fitness Institute in Las Vegas, NV in 2004 and since has earned and maintains NCCA, National Certifications from ACSM, ACE, NASM & NSCA.
In addition, he is a Cancer Exercise Specialist. He has rehabbed numerous cancer survivors that earned him several special human-interest features in many newspapers (including the Houston Chronicle) and all major TV stations here in Houston.
He is also a Nutrition Counselor and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) professional consultant. Biomechanics & rehabilitation are his specialties with anyone from a Professional Athlete to the elderly and physically challenged.
Ray is also a bodybuilder contest prep expert for both men and women. Ray has won numerous “Overall” & “Best Poser” awards as well as the clients he trains for shows.
From 1985, he has competed in over 50, NPC shows throughout the country. Ray received his Drug Tested, All-Natural Pro NGA Bodybuilder card in 2010.
Nowadays, he ranks consistently in the top 5 as a competitor at the NPC National Masters level in Pittsburgh (50-59 yrs. old). At 59 years old, Ray enjoys perfect health and a youthful physique due to the bodybuilding lifestyle.
Ray’s attitude with his clients is “If there’s a will… there’s a Ray.”
